We offer two delivery options:

1) You can have the items shipped to an address of your choosing.
2) Or you can have the items delivered to a patient (In Hospital Delivery)

You pick the delivery option when you view your shopping bag (a.k.a shopping cart) and can also change it during the checkout process. If you pick In Hospital Delivery we need to know the full name of the patient you want the items delivered to. So when you are asked for the shipping address please enter the patient name (first middle and last) and the address of the hospital to insure the items get delivered to the patient. These instructions will also appear on the checkout page where you enter the shipping address.
